Death match: the loser is buried

Both fighters put the wager on the table, PVP or ETH by the table, and pay the seat fee in ETH to the house. The winner takes both wagers less a rake, which goes to the house in the table's currency: of it to activated holders by weight, to the buyback when the wager is ETH, or burned when it is PVP. The seat fees split the same way. A draw gives both wagers back whole. seconds to commit, to reveal, per round.
